Resolve Earthworks & Environmental Ltd. was awarded the contract to remove two gas regulating station buildings within a city. Work area was very limited for space. In addition to the limited space, there was a high-pressure riser (600 psi) a few meters from the East building.

Resolve was awarded the project based on its overall price and proposed work plan, as well as its safety record and proven capabilities on similar projects.

The project scope included the following:

• Development of the most cost-effective work plan to complete the demolition activities, while maintaining safety paramount.

• Hazardous material abatement.

• Disassembly and removal of the equipment within the structures.

• Demolition of the structures.

• Removal and offsite disposal / recycling of materials.
