Resolve Earthworks & Environmental Ltd. was awarded the contract to demolish a variety of the energy producers sites within Southeast Alberta. The project consisted of the demolition of 88 sites and associated equipment.

Resolve was awarded the project based on its overall price and proposed work plan, as well as its safety record and proven capabilities on similar projects.

The project scope included the following:

• Develop the most cost-effective work plan to complete the demolition activities.

• Emptying of any production systems and appropriate disposal of fluids.

• Dismantle and demolish facilities, buildings, vessels, tanks, above ground pipelines, skids, flare stacks, etc.

• Excavation, break down and removal of piles, structural footings, underground storage tanks, cables, pipelines, etc.

• Haul materials for recycling reducing project costs by way of scrap credit.

• Removal of any site debris into waste bins for disposal.

• Recontouring and restoring the surrounding areas.
